In order to receive the discounted rate, you must sign up and pay in full for your scheduled weeks.
THERE WILL BE A $100 CANCELLATION FEE per week

Early registration fee (on or before April 30th): $25.00
Regular registration fee (May 1st – June 1st): $35.00
Late registration fee (after June 1st): $50.00

REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

We limit enrollment per week to ensure every child has an awesome experience. You will be responsible for all weeks you reserve at time of registration.

Schedule Changes: Changes can be made up until May 1st at no charge. After May 1st there is a $50/week change fee. Changes are replacements of one week for another based on availability — not cancellations.

What to Bring

Help your child come prepared and make the most of every day.

Lunch
Lunch & Snacks

Bring your own lunch or purchase from Our Place Pizzeria. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase — we encourage healthy choices.

Clothing
Clothing

Bathing suit, shorts, t-shirts, swim towel, socks, and sneakers. Label all personal items. Leave jewelry, toys, and valuables at home.

Equipment
Equipment

Most equipment is provided. If your child wants to skate, bring their own skates and a helmet. Prescription lens wearers should bring sport goggles.

Good to Know

A non-refundable registration fee is required to reserve your child's spot. Full payment for reserved weeks is due at time of registration to receive discounted rates. A $100 cancellation fee applies per week cancelled. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Please provide a photo ID for all people authorized to pick up your child. Make the camp director aware of any special arrangements or legal issues concerning your child's safety. Any child picked up after 6:00 PM will be charged $20 per ½ hour.

Up-to-date immunization records signed by your doctor/pediatrician must be provided before your child attends camp. Please send your child with sunblock protection to prevent sunburn.

If your child requires medication during camp hours, the following are required:
  1. Child's name
  2. Parent written authorization
  3. Name of medication
  4. Physician's order and directions
  5. Reason for medication and cautionary notes
  6. Dosage and frequency instructions
  7. Medication must be in the original prescription container

We reserve the right to suspend or dismiss any child who displays behavior deemed disruptive to a positive camp environment. No refunds will be given for suspension or removal from camp.
